HomeMakers went above and beyond to make our home buying experience a great one! From the beginning Terrance was helpful in putting together a deal that worked for our family. Closing was quick and smooth, he even gave us a personal gift the day we signed our paperwork, a nice touch. Throughout the closing process he was available and communication was impeccable. After we purchased our home we had some very minor issues, which is to be expected. Juan at HomeMarkers responded immediately and took care of business. Not only was Juan helpful, but he was kind! Something many of us expect but find few who deliver. Juan sent two of his technicians out to our home who were pleasant and trustworthy. An important attribute to have as guests in a home. Most importantly every person we dealt with was a believer in Christ, that’s very encouraging when you’re moving to a new city like our family did. We openly spoke about our faith in God and His goodness. All and all a wonderful experience, we can’t say enough about this company and their employees. Top notch!

Was missing a feeder line coming out of the house for the wifi company to be able to install internet. I put in a warranty request through the Homemakers website and Juan gave me a call within 2-3 hours of submitting the request. He came out to diagnose the problem and put in a work order for the electricians to come in the next morning to fix it. He made sure to check up with me everyday until the issue was resolved 👍
