Tell us what you're looking for
During the pressure-free discovery meeting with our team of experts, you’ll spend time getting to know us and telling us how you plan to live in your new home. In this initial meeting, we’ll discuss things that you’re looking for in your new home, such as the number of bedrooms and the way you’d like your layout to function. Based on your answers, we’ll be able to match you with a few of our many floor plan options—and you can look forward to the easy, enjoyable homebuying journey that lies ahead.
Find the home that fits your needs
Whether you’re looking for the perfect starter home or more space to fit your growing family, we’ll set up a personalized tour for you based on your wishlist. You’ll have fun viewing our homes, touching everything and getting all your questions answered—as well as seeing the higher standards of design and construction that HomeMakers is known for. After you’ve officially found the one for you—we make it your very own.
Sign a purchase agreement & enjoy your brand-new home
Lastly, we’ll sit down with you to review the agreement and answer any questions you may have. You’ll pay a deposit via wire transfer, personal check, or money order—which will be applied toward your closing costs. Once we have lender approval, you’ll be ready for orientation and closing! When the keys are officially in your hands, it’s time for you to embrace the endless feeling of possibility that comes from moving into your brand-new home.
